Yes. Free includes 1 lifetime Stage credit, 5 Cutout images per week, 1 AI-generated background/month, and 1 preset. No credit card is required.

The Free Stage credit is a lifetime allowance and does not reset. Free Cutout exports one selected size and format per batch. Paid plans increase monthly allowances and unlock advanced Cutout controls; account creation alone does not start a subscription. Review your plan and payment at checkout.

In Cutout you can upload JPG, PNG, WebP files up to 10MB each.

Cutout exports support PNG, JPG, WebP. Stage exports PNG.

Presets store your processing configuration (background, effects, crop, watermark, and export settings) so it can be reused.

Preset limits are plan-based: Free 1, Basic 5, Pro 20.

Cutout size options are 2048, 1024, 800, 512 pixels. Free selects one output size and format per batch; paid plans can select multiple in the same run.

Stage generates standard 1K images on all plans. Higher-resolution Stage generation is not currently available; paid Cutout export sizes do not unlock higher-resolution Stage images.

You can upload up to 30 images per batch in the web workflow.

Processed results are packaged for ZIP download when complete.

Stage: Free includes 1 lifetime Stage credit; Basic includes 15 Stage credits/month; Pro includes 45 Stage credits/month. Free’s lifetime credit does not reset. Paid Stage credits renew with each monthly subscription period.

Cutout: Free includes 5 Cutout images per week; Basic includes 150 Cutout images/month; Pro includes 450 Cutout images/month. Free Cutout resets weekly on Monday at 00:00 UTC; paid Cutout renews with each monthly subscription period. If jobs are still in progress, its counter resets once those jobs finish.

AI-generated backgrounds have a separate allowance. Free resets on the first of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC; paid allowances renew with each monthly subscription period. Using one allowance does not spend the others. Unused monthly or weekly allowances do not roll over.

Yes. Plan changes are supported at any time.

For active subscriptions, prorations may apply depending on billing provider behavior.

Yes. You can create API keys and use bearer authentication on protected endpoints.

Current protected-route limits are 2 requests per second with burst capacity up to 30 per IP.

Yes. CatalogCut supports webhook endpoints for batch lifecycle events.

You are responsible for operating and securing your destination endpoint.

Yes. Optional AI background generation for Cutout has separate limits: Free includes 1 AI-generated background/month; Basic includes 25 AI-generated backgrounds/month; Pro includes 100 AI-generated backgrounds/month. This is separate from Stage credits and Cutout processing.

This feature uses third-party AI providers to generate new background assets.

Core background-removal and image processing run on CatalogCut infrastructure.

Some service functions rely on third-party providers, including billing, email delivery, and optional AI background generation.

Free batch files expire after about 24 hours. Basic and Pro batch files expire after about 7 days.

Scheduled cleanup can make final deletion slightly later.
